Crooks. They charge $8 to cash a check from their own bank! Publix next door charged $4.
My review is for this location not a rant about the evil bank of America that I'm seeing with other reviews !
The tellers in Marathon are very nice and helpful. The new BOA policy of one notary on duty when the bank is not busy seems silly and counterproductive to a standard of excellent customer service.
Never had a problem with long lines to see a teller ! ( this is the keys... long lines ?) Friendly staff at this location !
Absolutely the SLOWEST bank in the Florida Keys. Terrible customer service. They charge fees for everything! I was given a $12 fee for farting in line!! No, but seriously, this bank is terrible!! I choose to drive an hour to Wells Fargo in Key Largo, rather than deal with this company. Do NOT get a bank account here, they will rob you with all their fees
