Rented for a week, got an old beat up cart delivered 5:00pm 1st day and then picked up at 8:00am on last day - - thus had use of the cart for 6 days of a 7 day rental. When asked about this, the very rude owner of business said "too bad, read the contract". Rude owner with a rip off mentality. Beware.
Learn how to be customer service friendly pal! Or learn how to actually talk to people. If my son had not been in this vehicle with me, I would've made it very ugly.
I rented a golf cart for a week and I enjoyed not walking around the resort I was at. The cart was in good condition and I was very pleased. The owner was nice and very professional. When it was time to charge my cart I didn't have an extension cord. I called the number given to me and the owner was nice enough to send his tech out. Thank you I will be renting and telling my friends about Aargh golf carts.

Rented several golf carts from Aargh in Marathon and had a fantastic time! Excellent service, great carts in great condition. The price was also very fair for a full day of fun in the keys.
Just moved to Marathon in May.... Not familiar with the area, and up until IRMA, didn't need to use a laundromat here. Parked in the wrong spot... Man came out and very nastily said "can't you read that sign right there in front of you?" I apologized and noted that I'm not from here and that I don't even know what AARG is... he responded with "well it's not laundromat." I very nicely apologized again and reminded him that he didn't need to be so rude about it. The man actually stated that he could've thrown a coconut at my vehicle! Seriously?! For being a business in the KEYS that I walk around claiming people are nice and everyone has been great- that really was an inconsiderate thing to say.... and to assume that I'm illiterate? Dude.... you can bet your bottom dollar that I will make sure people know that your not worth the business.
Owner/Manager is a hate filled jerk. I just recently moved to town and accidentally parked in one of their parking spots this morning. He knocked on my window and asked me if he could help me w something in a rude tone. I responded that im just here to do my laundry. He said "this isnt laundry parking cant u read." I then said im sorry sir im new to town and didnt see the sign. He said "i dont care where the hell youre from get the hell out of here." I drive a nice suburban and wasnt giving off a vagrant look or anything he just woke up wanting to be a jerk. I then moved, parked next door, and walked back over to the place to speak with his manager. Unbelievably he is the owner and manager. I told him i would be sure to tell everyone i met in town not to use his services and he said "oh well you probably dont have any money for me anyway, big deal." So here i am leaving a review trying to prove to him that reputation and how you treat people in life does matter. Id really appreciate it if those reading this would choose one of the many other capable cart service companies in town. Thank you.
Would definitely rent from Aargh again on my next trip to the keys, which I hope will be soon!
