I transport oversize loads. We must travel at night in the Keys. Got to my destination just 4 minutes from Papa Jerks. Called to order a pizza. Hadn't had anything hot all day. Guy said 45 minute delivery. Ok. Whatever. Pizza never delivered. Tried to call back while they were still open, busy signal every time. Complete lack or respect. Don't waste your time on this place.
Just called to order and online they offer a xl special for 12 dollars. They said they have no xl special until there truck arrives tonight. Seriously? Did nothing to try and accommodate the situation.
Ordered a works pizza with half black olives and a side of ranch for a house full of hungry people. Got the pizza and it came covered completely in black olives and no onions on half, plus they forgot the ranch. Called to let them know and they offered to send out another pizza. Then they called back and said they wanted the pizza back, but of course people ate some of it. So they said they couldn't help us.
I WISH I COULD RATE WORST THAN 1 STAR!, these people dont even know their own simple menu, asked them on the phone for boneless chicken, they said they only have wings, asked them for breadsticks they said they only have knots, after we agree to what they said as it was late and we were hungry, they then called us 3 times to "verify" our hotel number and then never delivered any food, worst experience of my life! I get that its fast food, but how can you have people so incompetent representing a brand is beyond me, this is honestly the worst we have ever felt.. WOW
Ordered the Phili Cheese. Hardly any steak. Sauce was good. Mostly bread.
