I can not thank Joy enough for calling me to explain the situation of our storage unit after the effects of Irma. Since we live in NY State, Joy has offered, with my written permission, to open our storage unit, assess the damage, and clean our belongings and the unit. When I told her to send us a bill for her work she told me that they would not charge us anything to do this. How incredibly kind and generous of Bonefish Storage to do this for their customers.
