Very helpful staff. A man named David (I think) took lots of time on the phone and in person to help me, answer questions and give his opinion on my purchase.
West Marine is a little spendy but have a lot of variety for the boater in need like parts, clothing, fishing and electronics. Occasionally they have some really good sales.
The store manager is knowledgeable and has some great customer service skills.
I love going in when my husband needs something for his boat. Staff is very friendly.
