I am giving a 3 star but I will explain... the food was above a 5 star, absolutely amazing dinner. The scenery was amazing, but for a non smoking area the waitress aloud a smoker to sit next to us (with my kids, one with sever allergies), oh course she said we could move. So we did, the food was great, service was slow, bathrooms were very gross.
It's all good and the Best way to have a good dinner, and very affordable, very accommodating, and the Family senses that even when you're far away from home, you,or, anybody else, will be able to find a very good blessed welcome to the docks, the covered for any and all of your needs, and the satisfaction that you will be always be treated as a LOCAL, and that upon your leave, you will feel the urge to comeback to the mile 7 grill, and to try the same experience, or, if you're not from the big "G",then. You will have to try the other men's options. But, surely I will be able to answer your question, and to get to assure you that, with US, you can always just get up to your ways, to get those things that you need to love and share, but that you cannot get anywhere.
I had the blackened grouper with grilled vegetables and a salad with vinegarette dressing. The portions are generous and the flavor is wonderful. 7 Mile has a great open air bar and is dockside for the authentic Keys experience. The staff are attentive and very friendly. My wife and I always visit each year during our vacation and I'm always reminded why.
Great food and service couldn't be better! I dropped $350 there and had no idea that was where I had lost it at. The server there tracked me down by finding my bike at my hotel and left me his number to call and let me know that he had found it. He could have easily kept it and I would have had no idea. He even offered to deliver it to me. I was already planning on going back but now I definitely will be going back.
Great place for a quick bite before (or after) heading over the bridge. Friendly staff, tasty burgers and fish sandwiches, and quick service. I've only had lunch there, but they serve breakfast all day as well
