Not only did they not have a car for me, They were heckling people who were making online reservations for cars they did not have. Expect rude service and the car you researved to not be available.
Received small charges on my credit card for months after rental. Spend all my time trying to stop these charges.
We were unable to use debit cards to have on file while we rented the car which caused us to have to have a driver under 25 rent the car. We were not assessed the extra fees because we were unaware of the policy. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and made sure our price for the rental stayed the same as when we booked it.
