Dr. Morelli comes in and just stands in front of you asking whats wrong. He has no chart, no pen or paper nor does he spend more than 3-4 min with you. Always acts rushed. Ive seen him 3× and i doubt he knows that i have Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism among other things. The only reason i go here is bc i have to in order to use their pharmacy, which have prescriptions about 90% cheaper than any place around. I have no prescription coverage.
This place is a joke. You wait at least 45 min after your appointment time before they take you back and then another 20 before the dr comes in. After waiting all that time,
This place is a complete joke they turned me away n said I was high risk cuz of a lil high blood sugar. I now no longer have a ob gyn. I recommend any pregnant women to never NEVER EVER go here total waste of time since I'm doing everything on my own at 38 weeks pregnant. And if u had or will have a c section please I beg you to go else where!

I’ve been going to CHI for years. I’m fully insured and can go anywhere. The front desk and pharmacy are top notch. I’m so appreciative of Dr Morelli. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about but he is a knowledgeable and caring physician. I choose to use the Clinic because they’re the best in the Keys. If you live here you are aware that there is not a lot of great care and they are able to help us the best way possible. I never have to wait a long time unless there are a lot of people. This clinic takes minor emergencies so call and make an appointment please if you don’t have an emergency. BTW I have heard great things about the dentist here. I don’t care what language anyone speaks as long as they know what they’re doing. The dental assistant translates for her. This is the Keys and Spanish and Creole are widely spoken here. Part of the island charm.
Went to CHI marathon for dental work. It takes 4-5 months to get an appt. Dentist doesn't speak English. Problem after problem. Never got the crown I went in for bc I was scared to have incompetent people work on me. Still am getting outrageous bills for work they never did. Frauds.
