Amazing Marina and staff. Boater community is awesome. Lots of kids around. It's next to the city park where it seems there is always something going on. If you want a moring ball in the winter it gets pretty backed up. We waited almost 2 months.

Huge fan! I'm laying under the stars on the ocean right now! A mooring ball category 5 approved. Yeah life is good!
