The service was great and the ladies really helped me get all of my documents ready in order to get my renewal driver's license. I was missing one document and they went on the computer to print it in order for me to be able to get my license without having to come back another day. They were very friendly and the service was amazing!
The people that work there are extremely rude. I watched them talk to people like they were dogs. It's very upsetting. Everyone in the Florida keys are easy going and friendly. There is no reason anyone should be treated with such disregard. If they don't like their jobs that much they should quit and find another job where they can go on power trips all day long. Maybe working for a collection agency, corrections officer or repo company would be more fitting for their poor attitudes. They make a bad name for the rest of the people in the Florida keys.
