Totally disagree with them, after having an appointment 8 days before I take my car with a truck because I can not drave it and they tell me that they did not know that it can not handle because I do not speak English correctly and she doesn't understand anything Of what I explain. Then decides not to receive my vehicle for not having space in the plants and outside it rains, I had to pay the crane to take it to my house. Besides, when I tried to talk to her, she hung up. The one who does not understand anything is me.
Like the other reviewers here I was really taken aback by the level of rudeness from the lady in the office! it took me 2 weeks to get in for an estimate and she said I was 40 minutes too late for the drop off time and scheduled me for another 2 weeks ! I wasn't saying anything or complaining but she was going on and on about how can I expect her to change the rules for just me and people don't listen to her, she knows she told me! I literally was not saying anything and she's just going on and on because she's been there all these years and she always tells people! why would I wait 2 weeks for an estimate and come 40 minutes late for it if I knew the time limit she didn't say anything about that over the phone ! Worst customer service ever!!!
Used my lunch break to go set up an appointment for an oil change. Turns out everyone there leaves for lunch from 12-1:15, so I left my name and number for them to call me back. Three hours later I get the call and the woman I was trying to speak with was rude, and then hung up on me. Disappointed with this experience as I've heard they are one of the more reliable mechanics in town and I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
You will have to make an appointment to get your oil changed. It may be a week or 2.
