They are quick and efficient with great customer service. They gladly go above and beyond to help their customers. My battery died outside their garage and Ryan tended to it without even being asked. Great people, fair prices, speedy service, and attention to detail. These guys offer a premium service for a value price, though they stock many tires on hand, I wanted a special request tire and they made it happen with in 24 hrs. They even took the extra time to replace the valve stem and buff the corrosion off the beading surface for no additional charge. On vacation down here and they took great care of us. If you are local or passing thru, Island tire will take great care of you!
After having a flat tire on the Florida turnpike on our way to Key West I decided the only way to feel safe was to get new tires. There is not a lot of choice in the Keys. I found Island Tire on Google. After reading all the very positive reviews I gave them a call. They absolutely lived up to the rave reviews. We stopped by the shop so they could look at my tires. After telling me that the tires were not that old and I really only needed to replace the one flat I decided to make it a pair. They found me 2 tires that matched what was on the car and on my way home we stopped and they installed them in record time and for a great price! No hidden costs. Everything up front.
