Our experience with Coco Plum was excellent right from the beginning. Angel answered all of our questions without making us feel as if we had too many. We had never been to the keys before and we had plenty of questions. Angel called us on our first full day to personally ask if everything is good. Our neighbors also had great things to say as well because they book every year with Coco Plum. We will be doing the same next year. Thank you again for helping us with a wonderful family vacation.
Rented a property thru them last January for my family vacation in Marathon in May. In late March my wife was diagnosed with cancer and had to begin radiation and chemo right away. I called the realtor in April to cancel our trip, they refused to work with me on getting even a partial refund, or even allowing me to reschedule. Its not like we planned on wife getting cancer, but to keep my $700 50% payment? Just heartless if you ask me. I even told them I would send a letter from the oncologist just to show how ill my spouse was at the time, so they wouldnt think I was lying to them. Sorry, but you will never get my business ever again. My wife just finished treatment yesterday, stem cell transplant, and is going to be fine, she says to let you know that you guys suck :)

Coral Lagoon is a great place to stay. It's a boaters paradise with easy access to the Atlantic or Gulf side. Coco Plum Vacation Rentals is first class!!
We stayed a week at Sea Forever. The house was dirty and not maintained. Blinds, fans, door handles all broken. The floors, couches, beds and bathrooms were DIRTY!! The pool was very dirty but they did send a pool guy out after we called them. The propane tanks for the grills were empty and we were told they were busy and we would need to refill them and send them our receipts. The cleats on the dock were broken which made tying up the boats a pain. For a house that was nearly $1k/night for lobster season we were extremely disappointed. The last thing you want to do on your first day of vacation is clean the house. All of that recliners in the couch were broken. The whole house needs serious attention.
