Filed my taxes with my wife 3 weeks ago and haven't recieved any Information. Checked online with the IRS and called as well and they have no recorded of my taxes being sent in. I call everyday and a lady tells me the tax preparer is busy. That he will call back in "15 minutes", that's what they tell everyone. My wife called and mother in law as well and she told them the same exact thing. Very shady business so far. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for an explanation but so far I've had a bad experience.
He made a mistake with my taxes , didn't send me a copy or anything, couldn't get my refund yet.
Please people don't go!!! They very rude! We had an appointment 12:30 and waited 3 hours and I left .

You make an appointment and there is always 30 people inside when you get there, due to some random off-hand reason. Had to reschedule my appointment twice now with the same result. What is the point of making an appointment if you can't keep it?
