Great place to stay while in Marathon. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The view of the marina is great tho it's out the front door not out the balcony. They have a boat ramp use during your stay also which is extremely convenient. The staff was polite and helpful. The pool was clean and relaxing. Super nice place!!
Absolutely disgusting!! Paid $190 while in Florida for hurricane cleanup. Entered the villa to find no water pressure and a 10 minute wait for hot water. Getting out of the shower we tracked dirty footprints from how dirty the bathroom and bedroom tile floor was! Turned down the sheets to find a bug. Took of the sheet to find dirt, grime, and buggy looking things. Tried to call to ask for a cleaner room and no one answered or called back.
I'm giving Skipjack's a 5 star rating because although the resort has sustained considerable set backs due to Irma, my stay has been very pleasurable. Yeah the restaraunt, bar and laundry room are down. But the rooms are all newly remodeled, very clean and well kept. Best deal in town for sure.
the management team here is amazing. we lived here for 6 months and loved it the whole time. the maintenance team is very friendly and knowledgeable and helped whenever asked. we ran into some tough times and they were understand and worked with us. so nice to be treated like real people instead of a dollar sign! highley recommended to anyone who is considering staying here! plus you can't beat the views
